Quickly and efficiently dealt with .Only issue about online service is the extra cost of postal insurance etc but that is not the fault of the company

Just as the company said, all timings etc. The rate of buy -back was very marginally poorer, but rates still better than anywhere elso. Would use again. Kept notified at all points in process..
